BIT uses a combination of acupressure (needle-less acupuncture) and kinesiology or muscle testing to lessen or completely eliminate life and learning difficulties through the re normalization of brain pathways. It does not require any ongoing exercises.

How long does it take?
The basic integration program takes approximately 10-14 hours. Because this is customized for each individual, some people with only a few areas of deficit make take less time than those with more.
What do we do in our first session?
An assessment is performed at the first session that serves as the benchmark for evaluating future change and will give a better idea of treatment length.
How many sessions will I need?
Sessions are typically scheduled in 1-2 hour blocks. This can be over several days or spread over a period of time.
What can I expect?
Clients are lying down comfortably on a massage table fully clothed. It is important to come fed and hydrated.
What do I need to bring?
Children may bring toys (without batteries) or books.
What can I expect when BIT is done?

BIT enables the brain to learn however it does not make the brain learn. That takes the study and perseverance on the part of each and every client. BIT also helps us regulate our emotions in stressful situations as well as releasing stress to make more informed and healthier decisions.
